Rosemary Odinga Visits Don Bosco Tech Kenya Karen Campus to Engage with Digital Skills Students

17 September 2026 | Karen, Nairobi

Don Bosco Tech Kenya – Karen Campus was pleased to host Rosemary Odinga on 17 September 2026 at The Office Of The Director, Fr Jose PD, for an engaging visit focused on youth skills development, digital learning and the opportunities created through technology.

During her visit, Rosemary interacted with Secretarial students at the campus and toured the Green Virtual Computing Lab, where students are gaining practical exposure to AWS and other digital skills through a partnership with ThinTech Consulting.

The visit provided an opportunity to witness firsthand how young people are being equipped with relevant digital competencies that can prepare them for an increasingly technology-driven world of work.

Rosemary expressed her appreciation for the learning environment and the efforts being made to equip young people with practical skills. She encouraged the students to remain committed to learning, personal growth and making a positive contribution to society.

At Don Bosco Boys Town, we remain committed to creating opportunities that connect education, practical skills, technology and employability. Through partnerships with industry and technology-focused organisations, we continue to expand opportunities for young people to acquire skills that are relevant to today’s economy.

We sincerely thank Rosemary Odinga for visiting our Karen Campus, engaging with our students and encouraging them in their learning journey.

Keep learning. Keep growing. Keep making a difference.
